2025 Wrapped: What We Improved
As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking time to reflect on the progress we made—not only in technology, but in leadership, community involvement, and how we support the businesses that rely on us every day.
Security & Technology Improvements
Cybersecurity remained a central focus throughout 2025. One of the most significant improvements we made was completing a full transition of all managed clients from Trend Micro to SentinelOne. This change provided stronger endpoint detection and response capabilities, improved visibility into threats, and faster remediation across client environments.
We also strengthened email security by upgrading to Petra, delivering enhanced protection against business email compromise. Email continues to be one of the most common attack vectors for organizations of all sizes, and this upgrade significantly reduced risk exposure for our clients.
These improvements were implemented proactively, with long-term resilience in mind and minimal disruption to daily operations.
Team Growth & Role Expansion
To better support growing client needs and increasingly complex technology environments, we expanded both our team and our internal structure in 2025.
We introduced and expanded roles such as our vCIO function, allowing us to provide higher-level technology planning and long-term alignment with business goals. We also added a Technology Alignment Manager role to ensure client environments remain standardized and scalable as they evolve.
At the same time, we expanded our service desk to improve response times, coverage, and overall support efficiency. We also added a Social Media Coordinator role to strengthen our outreach across digital platforms, helping us share timely insights with the broader business community.
Leadership & Community Involvement
This month, Brian Davis, Founder of On-Site PC Services, was announced as a 2026 member of the Metroport Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
This appointment reflects a long-standing commitment to supporting regional business growth and strengthening collaboration across the Metroport area. Serving on the Board provides an opportunity to contribute to long-term planning, economic development, and initiatives that directly impact the businesses and communities we serve.
Community Sponsorships & Education
Throughout 2025, OSPC remained actively involved in the community. We sponsored six local events, including golf tournaments and shooting events across the DFW metroplex. These sponsorships support the organizations that help strengthen our region while creating meaningful opportunities to connect with business leaders face-to-face.
Education was another key focus. Brian Davis and Joe Craven, President and VP of OSPC, delivered five virtual and in-person presentations across DFW centered on the practical power of artificial intelligence. Davis and Craven also represented On-Site PC on an episode of the podcast, “Weeks Ahead AI”. These sessions were designed to move beyond buzzwords and focus on real-world use cases, helping business leaders better understand how AI fits into their operations responsibly.
Expanding Our Digital Reach
In 2025, we also expanded how we connect with the business community online. We launched new presences on Instagram (@onsitepc), X (@On_SitePC), and YouTube (@OnSitePCServices) to complement our existing channels.
These platforms allow us to share security insights, event announcements, educational content, and behind-the-scenes updates, making it easier for business leaders to stay informed and engaged.
Looking Ahead to 2026
The improvements made in 2025 laid a strong foundation for the year ahead. In 2026, we plan to continue investing in cybersecurity and compliance-focused improvements, expanding community sponsorships and partnerships, and delivering educational presentations and strategic technology guidance.
We’re grateful to our clients, partners, and community organizations for being part of this journey. We look forward to building on this momentum together.
